irexchange removes the need for a middleman and all associated costs. Our model aims to restore fairness, transparency and efficiency to retailers.

Because irexchange’s pricing model is completely transparent with no hidden mark-ups or fees, it assists retailers to build more competitive and sustainable businesses.
I want to start trading with irexchange. How do I set up an account?
Setting up an account is easy. Refer to the 'Getting started' section on the retailer hub. Once we receive your completed on-boarding form, an account will be set up and your login details will be sent to you via email to begin trading.
How do I place an order via the portal?
Ordering on the portal is easy. Just search for a product or category, select the quantity and go to check out. It’s that simple.
When can I expect delivery?
Once an order is received, we will be in contact to confirm delivery time and details. Based on geographic/regional location and flow through lead times, delivery times can vary.
How do freight charges work?
Freight is added to your order at the actual cost once freight has been arranged with a carrier. That way, you only pay the actual freight cost and nothing more (otherwise known as pass-through cost).
What happens if stock isn’t available?
If stock isn’t available, we will contact you as soon as we know, and confirm if you would like to proceed with the order.
Are you flexible with delivery times?
Retailers advise their preferred delivery day and times as part of the on-boarding process and we strive to meet these.
What if I can’t find the product I’m looking for?
It may be that we no longer supply that product if it is temporarily unavailable. Please contact us on 1800 638 438 or email@example.com and we can advise the status.
What are your credit terms?
14 days from invoice.
How do I pay for my order?
Payments terms are specified as part of the on-boarding process. Payments are to be received via EFT or cheque.
How can I update my account details?
Please contact us on 1800 638 438 or firstname.lastname@example.org to update your account with new details.
How often do your product lines change?
Product lines can change weekly as we are constantly on-boarding new suppliers. Be sure to check the portal regularly, and if there is a particular product you would like, please let us know and we will do our best to source it for you.
